Desperate media educators must take every possible step to see their amazing skills and knowledge acquired over many decades passed on to tyros in our once great craft of journalism, right?
And that’s why, for the first time, we’ve created a montage (at top and below) of the two cartoons we’ve been using for what seems like forever to get the clown subs at The Sydney Morning Herald to know how any edition they’re working on is folioed (numbered).

Sorry, BUGgers, you want to see them separately?

What! Some of you want a second look just to make sure what message the images are trying to convey?

You BUGgers have probably worked out where this post is headed … and why the compilers of MGH remain shattered and are now seriously doubting if they ever in fact possessed any ability to pass on any journo skills they claim to possess.
Yes, just like a subeditor at the SMH last Friday night CGAFF* by not asking a very basic question as soon as they plopped down their lazy, unprofessional arses for the night shift, namely: “We’ve got another Hardly Normal wraparound again. Are we still calling our fake cover page in the book page three?”, another SMH clown sub (or maybe the same one to be fair) struck again last night (Wednesday).

For the umpteenth and by far not the last time, here’s what those clowns desperately need to read.

And we’ll send down another batch of our magnets to stick on the drinks fridge in the paper’s “subbing” hub!

* CGAFF – Couldn’t give a flying fuck
