WASHINGTON DC: A barrage of medical tests on Rudy Giuliani (main picture) which identified he is suffering from pneumonia has sparked a health-watch on US President Donald Trump.

Mr Giuliani, the 81-year-old former New York Mayor and the President’s former personal lawyer, was rushed to a Florida hospital in a critical condition suffering from an unidentified ailment.

A hospital spokesperson said doctors were puzzled about Mr Giuliani’s condition on admission and ordered a range of tests.

“Ultimately he was found to be suffering from pneumonia, but all of the tests uncovered a number of other underlying conditions,” the spokesperson said.

“They include incurable corruption, terminal despotism, and life-threatening incompetence.

“Medical science at present can’t say for sure that these conditions are not contagious which is why the hospital contacted a number of people with whom Mr Giuliani has had a close relationship, including President Trump.”

A spokesperson for the Walter Reed National Military Medical Centre in Maryland revealed that the President had undergone pathology tests in the wake of Mr Giuliani’s diagnoses.

“While we can’t definitely say whether the President or Mr Giuliani is the ‘carrier’ who infected the other, I can confirm that the President tested positive to the underlying ailments afflicting Mr Giuliani plus two others,” the spokesperson said.

“Hopefully the medical terminology won’t cause too much confusion in the public’s mind, but as well as the three underlying conditions present in Mr Giuliani, the President also tested positive to overlying.

“In addition, an MRI the President undertook showed a huge malignant lump.

“Normally we would operate to remove a malignancy if detected but in this case it would mean excising the President’s entire body so all we can do is keep him under observation,” the spokesperson said.
