Taylor dogged by immigration questions

CANBERRA: RSPCA officials in the ACT say they believe they have now captured all of the hundreds of dogs that invaded yesterday’s launch of the Liberal Party’s new immigration policy at the Menzies Research Centre.

The animals began appearing in the room as Opposition Leader Angus Taylor (main picture) began outlining the new Make Immigration Great Again policy.

The Liberal Party contacted the local RSPCA office which urgently sent field officers who began rounding up the dogs.

“We reckon we’ve nabbed the last of them early this morning and they have all been taken to the pound where they will be put through what we call a values test at our own enhanced screening coordination centre before being gassed,” the RSPCA spokesperson said.

Mr Taylor denied his new policy was aimed at excluding non-European immigrants in a bid to appeal to voters who would otherwise support One Nation, especially in the lead-up to the Farrer by-election on 9 May.

“That’s not true at all,” he said. “Our policy is all about doing the white thing for our country.

“It’s not some sort of coded racist messaging, it’s the white response to the questions Australians have every white to ask about the future of their country.

“Each and every day people come up to me seeking basic, factual information about immigration and how we’d handled it in office.

“They usually ask three simple questions: Are there any immigrants the Liberal Party wants to come here? What do I think of One Nation? And, what’s the fastest growing category of immigrants?

“I always answer them very factually and in strict order by saying: There are. No good! Muslims,” Mr Taylor said.
