WASHINGTON DC: On the eve of the American mid-term elections the UN’s health agency, the World Health Organisation, (WHO) has ordered the scrapping of surgery lists at major hospitals in Washington DC to free up as many surgeons as possible to perform urgent specialised operations.
A spokesperson said the WHO had spent months drafting emergency plans to respond to the outcome of the mid-terms if the Democratic Party forms a majority in either or both of the Senate or House of Representatives.
“We have worked on the basis that President Donald Trump will totally reject any wins by any Democratic Party candidate in any congressional or senate race in any of America’s 50 states,” the spokesperson said.
“He will, for sure, once again lie and accuse the Democrats of having stolen any congressional seat or governor’s office they win.
“After that the fate of the nation, and US democracy itself, will be in the hands of those surrounding the President who will need to convince him to abandon any thoughts he may have of using military or other force to deny the Democrats their rightful seats.
“But unfortunately, as we all know, the President is surrounded by spineless yes-men and yes-women who do nothing to curb his excesses.
“Senior figures in the Republican Party such as Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, (far right and left in main picture), other cabinet members, White House staff, and even former Trump opponent Texas Senator, Ted Cruz, (far right and far right in main picture) are typical of the many sycophants who have no spine and who go along with the President no matter how demented or corrupt he is and no matter how many lies he tells.
“That is why the WHO has scrapped surgery lists in the nation’s capital so that as many surgeons as possible are free to perform the many, many spine implants we feel will be necessary once polls have closed and results are known.
“If we can implant spines into enough senior Republicans we just might have a shot at having them tell the President that he has lost the mid-terms and that the Democrats have fairly and squarely won either house of Congress or both.
“This unprecedented plan is our only hope to avoid a potential second US civil war if President Trump tries yet again to overrule the will of American voters,” the spokesperson said.
