Should we throw in the towel?

It surely must be the sensible way to go!

In the space of just 48 hours, several fuckknuckle “sub-editors” at The Sydney Morning Herald now have the compilers of this column close to throwing their arms in the air and ending their lengthy campaign to try to teach those subs how to count pages.

On Thursday, our MGH researchers hit the bar fridge with a greater ferocity than normal to drown their sorrows after a “sub” on Wednesdsay night decided a story that spilled from page 3 the next morning had actually come from the front page!

So what’s the latest fuckup from the paper’s “Subs” desk on Friday night? It’s at top and below!

Spot on, you BUGgers! On a Wednesday night shit, the page three spill to inside the book magically originated from the FRONT PAGE. Just 48 hours later, the page-three spill to page 14 inside the book magically originated from PAGE 1! The quinella of incompetence.

So we won’t repeat the following graphic explanation we sent to the SMH “subs’ desk on Friday….

Oops! No harm done.

But we will recreate the latest iteration of one that we hoped over a very long would finally get through to these clots’ remaining brain cells after a proud history of hard-drinking journalism.
