WASHINGTON, DC: With the deaths of two more US troops in the US/Iran ceasefire, a worried world trembles as it awaits the response by US President Donald Trump.

But fears of Trump carrying through with earlier threats of bombing the fundamental Islamic state back to the Stone Age have been alleviated somewhat by his declaration at the White House last night (US time) that he would make no diaper-rash decision on what to do next.

LONDON, UK: Senator Aunty Pauline Hanson of the white indigenous One Nations mob has finally held a media conference as her European fact-distorting mission nears its end. She has explained why she almost boycotted a special dinner event during the inaugural Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) here, where she delivered an address, The Australian Fight Back, to the conference chaired by former British Prime Minister and lettuce runner-up Liz Truss.

In that wavering and hesitant voice and fractured language she affects to show she’s just a battler like her One Nation support base, she told the media: “I should have turned away at the door. No-one told me it was a black-tie event.”

TEL AVIV: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has defended actions by the nation’s military following a missile attack on Palestinians attending a funeral in Gaza.
The attack by the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) killed at least an initial seven people and injured around 20. (below) Earlier IDF strikes on the same day had killed a further four people.

At an event at which Mr Netanyahu was gifted a jersey by Argentina’s ambassador to Israel to recognise the Israeli leader’s support for the South American team in the coming World Cup final against Spain, (below) the prime minister was asked why the missile strike came during a so-called ceasefire period and while the international Board of Peace set up by the US President Donald Trump was yet to initiate any rebuilding plans for Gaza.

“I think your question hits the nail on the head,” Mr Netanyahu said. “Of course we’re supposed to be in a ceasefire period, but I’m totally bored of peace. I’ve got elections coming up in October, you know.”
