WASHINGTON, DC: The White House has lambasted the family of the late Robert Mueller, for the “disrespect” and “contempt” they are expected to show to President Donald Trump at the upcoming funeral of the former FBI director.

Presidential press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, (below) told White House reporters that President Trump had insisted on attending Mr Mueller’s funeral but knows full well he will be “treated very badly” by the Mueller family when he does.

“All the President wants to do is to set up a disco dance floor, complete with underlit strobe-effects, on Mr Mueller’s grave and to perform his signature YMCA dance to the accompaniment of a portable sound system,” Ms Leavitt said. (main picture)

“But when he arrives at the cemetery once a funeral date is eventually settled, President Trump knows in his heart of hearts that his tribute performance will not be welcome at all and in fact he will be given the cold shoulder by Mr Mueller’s family.

“Despite the gracious offer of the President in giving up his time to go and perform at the funeral, they will try to block him from the graveside service entirely.

“Let’s hope the Mueller family changes its totally disrespectful behaviour once the President himself shows the sensitive yet decisive leadership that is the hallmark of his administration and gets to personally execute his plan by ordering ICE agents on the day to begin arresting mourners. “Even if they relent on the day and allow the President to dance a few yards away from the actual grave, it will be an action that will still show great contempt for the President himself. It will be a scornful and unnecessary insult to the very the office of President of the United States. He has every right to attend the funeral and campaign there.

“But as always, President Trump will be magnanimous enough not to press the point and will perform his dance on the nearby site. It will be sad if mourners don’t get to hear YMCA and be close enough to marvel at the President’s little fist-pumping routine for the half-hour the song is played.

“Why is it always woke, traitorous left-wing extremists like the Mueller family who are always doing all they can to degrade the respect that is due to the American Presidency that President Trump is always so keen to protect.

“I can assure you that he will take this upcoming insulting behaviour in his stride and there will be no repercussions for the Mueller family, apart from an immediate IRS [Internal Revenue Service] audit of the widow Mueller which will no doubt result in as range of charges and penalties, and very possibly jail time,” she added.
