Trump and cover-up backfire

WASHINGTON, DC: Ongoing efforts by the White House to minimise the public exposure of Donald Trump’s mental and physical degeneration backfired at the premiere of the new documentary about his wife Melania when the President himself backfired on the black carpet. (main picture)

The new film Melania follows the First Lady’s daily life in the three weeks leading up to her husband’s second inauguration in January 2025.

It premiered this week at the recently renamed Trump’s Big Beautiful Kennedy Centre in Washington where the 79-year-old President harangued reporters while facing the huge Melania billboard.

After the First Lady discreetly suggested he turn around to face reporters, the President appeared to be struck by a bout of anal incontinence which was swiftly denied as “fake news” by presidential press secretary Karoline Leavitt despite ample video, photographic, and aromatic evidence.

The man whose company financed the new film, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, (below) said he was confident it would return his investment and more.

However, news reports from around Australia suggest the documentary is already struggling to attract an audience with some cinemas reporting only single-digit ticket sales.

But Sean Hannity, a leading right-wing host on the right-wing Rupert Murdoch’s right-wing US news channel, Fox News, has urged Americans to see the film and judge for themselves.

“This new documentary is the best film I have ever seen in my entire life,” Mr Hannity said.

“It outshines not just all other documentaries but all movies ever made on any subject by any filmmaker at any time since the advent of cinema.

“It is a five-star, six-star – no, a one-hundred-star – effort. It’s undoubtedly worthy of the best picture Oscar at the next Academy Awards and will lose only if the woke radical left-wing members of the Academy actively vote against it.”

Mr Hannity (below) was speaking in late 2024 soon after the deal to make the documentary was announced.
