Of course they make an exception when it comes to the festering, self-absorbed, malignant, criminally corrupt, demented, incontinent, morbidly obese, combed-over, ginger lump currently masquerading as President of the United States of America.

To our MGH researchers it has been as clear as canine testicles that Donald Trump’s actions in sending troops and ICE agents to wreak their special kind of havoc in Democratic Party states and cities have been part of a clear plan to generate sufficient disruption to justify cancelling the November US mid-term elections and even perhaps the 2028 presidential elections.

Their concerns have been amplified by the most recent news of the incursion by the no-longer-independent FBI in the state of Georgia where they have seized boxes of ballot papers from the 2020 election which they will take away and hold, supposedly to examine them for “evidence” that the presidential election was stolen. (below)

 Of course, our MGH teams say, the FBI will no doubt find such “evidence” to back Trump’s ongoing vendetta against democracy.

Which causes them to wonder who in the media claiming to be an independent observer, analyst, or commentator would still be acting as a Trump cheerleader. Enter, of course from stage Right, the cast of Trump boosters employed as Righters by News Crap Australia.

That doyen of independent thought, Andrew Bolt, recently gave a master class in Murdoch media Righting on Trump. (below)

Despite all the clear evidence to the contrary, Bolt still is all in for the Donald. (main picture)

The adulation of a “strongman” appears to outweigh any concerns about Trump’s corrupt, authoritarian, narcissistic, and anti-democracy let alone anti-Democratic, actions.

Bolt doesn’t seem to have learned the lesson of the 2025 Australian election at which he and his fellow Righters followed the Murdoch model and backed Peter Dutton as a Trump-lite leader, and look where that got them and News Crap Australia’s Liberal Party franchise.

Our MGH teams have been somewhat surprised that the far right News Crap Australia has taken to embracing the traditional name of K’gari for Fraser Island in its coverage of the tragic death of a young US tourist there last week.

Righters from News Crap usually fall over themselves if other media outlets, especially the ABC, use Aboriginal names for locations.

But even News Crap outlets such as The Courier-Mail (far right below) and Sydney’s Daily Telegraph (even further right and further below) have taken to the name as well as the national broadshit The Australian and Sky News.

News that over-promoted UK-based loudmouth Piers Morgan had been injured in a tumble down a very short flight of steps (below) caused a ripple of excitement throughout the several floors of The Bug‘s Brisbane headquarters housing our Media Glass House teams.

Our London bureau has been alerted to maintain a watch on Heathrow Airport for the no-doubt imminent arrival of the Melbourne Herald-Sun‘s crack shortfall injury investigation team (SHIIT) which the paper established a few years back to get to the bottom of a similar incident involving then Labor premier of Victoria, Dan Andrews. (below)

Clearly – if the same criteria were applied – there must be something very suspicious about Piers’s plummet.

No doubt the Herald-Sun will spare no effort in exposing the truth, although its 2022 efforts amount to what our resident MGH statistician has assessed as being “two-thirds of three-fifths of fuckall”.
