Musk unveils two new Teslas

WASHINGTON DC: Elon Musk has unveiled plans for two new Tesla electric vehicles as his war of words with US President Donald Trump continues following his departure from his role as special White House adviser.

Mr Musk said the new Tesla Taco (main picture) would soon be available in company showrooms across the US.

“The new car shows how quickly a savant like me can respond to changing consumer tastes, while also making a car that’s a perfect fit with the policies of the Trump White House,” he said when unveiling a prototype of the new Taco.

“It’s a huge, bloated, ugly, unnatural orange-coloured lump that’s made in America and has the performance to match.

“It’s very bulky design allows it to just push other cars out of its way with no real concern for road rules or safe driving practices.

“Best of all it fully complies with the President’s anti-renewable energy stance, being the very first non-electric vehicle that Tesla has ever made.

“But it still offers owners the chance to avoid huge gas bills because it’s powered entirely by a fuel mix consisting of Diet Coke, hamburgers, and extra-large fries.”

Mr Musk confirmed that he had ordered the start of design and production work on a second new model Tesla.

“The second new non-EV will have the highest price tag of any vehicle we’ve ever made,” he said.

“It will cost so much that anyone buying it will be lumbering their grandkids and possibly their grandkids’ grandkids’ grandkids with the repayment bill.

“It’ll be a big beautiful car but will come with a big beautiful, perhaps monumental, crippling even, price tag despite offering no additional useful features, apart from one unique and innovative feature.

“With the push of a button the two front doors of the new Teslabomination will open and shut in an awkward rhythm while its sound system plays the Village People’s hit YMCA,” he explained.

Mr Musk said the planned Teslabomination was in the design stage and should be in showrooms alongside the Taco very soon.
