CANBERRA: A furious Jacinta Price has quit the Liberal Party after her brave bid to become Deputy Opposition Leader was rebuffed by her colleagues in a close vote here earlier this morning.

“After the days of service I’ve selflessly devoted to the Liberals as my natural party of choice, I can’t believe they’ve done this to me,” a shaken Senator Price told The Bug, referring to the 29-25 vote that went Sussan Ley’s way.

“I now realise that Pauline Hanson’s One Nation has always been my one true mob but I’ve just phoned Pauline about joining and it quickly became clear she wouldn’t promise me a very senior leadership position befitting my reputation as this country’s leading black white supremacist so I’ll be launching my own political movement, The Price Is Right Network.”

“I know in my heart of hearts, The Price Is Right Network will attract an enormous following from all the white (sic) people.”
