Really, Jane Norman? The Labor Party is “unahamedly” rolling out a $8 billion-plus policy to lift bulk-billing rates.
A provocative word, is it not? Delivers a far-from-covert suggestion that it’s a policy that maybe should have the Albanese Government embarrassed? Was it Norman’s way of disparaging yet another Mediscare attempt by Labor, the one they try on every election and she most likely abhors? Not that we at The Bug expect her to ever question the usual LNP scares bound to be rolled out as well. Labor’s death taxes worked well in 2019, right, Ms Norman?
For all of the above reasons, our Excrement-of-the-Week judges – apart from thinking her to-camera piece required a “spoken Jane Norman for the LNP” strap at the bottom – decided to highlight two xcrements that plopped on the wee lass’s head from Bernie Dowling and Mark (above and below).

We particularly liked Dowling’s sarcastic observation that ABC chair Kim Williams has already punished Norman. He probably awarded her a green dinosaur honor badge instead.
And Solo Monk gave the distinct impression there are others at Aunty with a certain rightwing bent.

Before we leave how we expect the vast bulk of this nation’s mainstream mediocre to brownnose the LNP right up to election day, including sadly the ABC, here’s a taste from the LNP’s Bowen Hills … sorry The Courier-Mail.

We suspect this particular righter will be front and centre in the Brisbane shitsheet in the months ahead.
And, sadly, it won’t be just the Dirty Digger and his “media” outlets that will be doing their utmost to return to power the team that bought you the very deadly and very illegal Robodebt, shithouse economic mismanagement, rorts and scandals and secret ministries during their three terms in office.
Okay, BUGsters, buckle in. We’ve made no secret in this column over recent weeks that we’re going to go hard against Peter Dutton and his sadsack shadow ministers over coming months. And perhaps the couple of opinion polls out today show the hard road ahead for all decent, thinking Australians who accept that the Labor government has handled the economy fairy well and that Dutton and Co. deserve at least another three years in Opposition.
So with no further ado, let’s just kick off with two delightfully short sprays of excreta from Andrea, etc, etc, etc and Dead Parrot Society …

… and a nice little meme from Rupert’s Conscience.

Also having their faecal spray on the Dudster were Michael J Wyllie, Allan Green, Margie Jones and Phillip Riley.

Our apolgies for that final image if you’re still having a late breakfast or brunch.
TO BE CONTINUED: Tomorrow, our smelly collection of excrements largely devoted to international news…and maybe some more local politics.
