One of the Murdoch media’s prominent Righters, The Australian’s foreign editor Greg Sheridan, has been road-testing a new stand-up routine he hopes to take to the upcoming Melbourne Comedy Festival.

With the intriguing title of Kunt in a Kardigan, Sheridan’s latest show explores the reaction of a far-right commentator who loyally toed his far-right employer’s far-right corporate line to promote the return to the White House of far-right Donald Trump but who now questions the far-right 47^th US President’s chaotic far-right diplomatic agenda.

Sheridan, in his trademark sit-down style, previewed the routine at the Holt Street Bunker comedy club in Sydney’s Surry Hills with The Australian publishing a helpful transcript in its Friday edition.
