A strategy that’s a real piss-off!

Anyone else out there in BUGland already sick to death of Peter Dutton calling Prime Minister Anthony Albanese weak just about every time he opens his gob?

Clearly Liberal Party internal research must show this tactic will help put Dutton into The Lodge, but this old ranter just thinks it’s disgusting. Silly old bugger that I am still believes in playing the ball, not the man. Name-calling exposes a person’s limitations.

Dutton resorting to constant name-calling like this highlights a complete lack of policy formation to take this country on its forward journey. Suppose we should be grateful that Dutton hasn’t worked “woke” into his weak line. Not yet, anyway. Woke is another meaningless name-calling insult flung by right-wing politicians who also lack policy strengths to win an electorate over.

Dutton’s “weak” strategy is clearly designed to cement the view that while Albanese is weak, he’s the strong man Australia needs to get us all back on track.

It’s an interesting strategy. Dutton is flipping between two masks; the tough guy who wanted the Biloela Four to rot in detention; the guy who is trying, with the mainstream mediocre’s help, to present a gentler, non-monster, side to the younger voting block.

But I’m here to declare that Dutton is the politician who is as weak as piss. He’s the “leader” who hid from the public while fully endorsing the racist and divisive No campaign in the Voice referendum back in late 2023, led by those racist and divisive traitors to our First Nations people, Warren Mundine and Jacinta Price. They both lied freely during that campaign, claiming First Nations people were largely voting no. They overwhelmingly voted yes.

At least we can all be grateful that Mundine’s voice has been rejected by the Liberal pre-selectors in the inner-Sydney federal seat of Bradfield. Pay back from the electorate in the nation that recorded the strongest Yes vote for the Voice?

Mundine has been done and dusted – at least he’s shown once more that he can get a no vote over the line – but we’ve still got Dutton to contend with. The man who has opposed each and every cost-of-living-relief measure implemented by the Albanese government over almost three years now but who, with the help of arguably the world’s most disgusting and biased mainstream media, will be telling Australians over the coming months that he is exactly the right hard/soft man to solve their problems.
