IMMIGRATION:

The rigour and usefulness of the current test for migrants to Australia seeking to become citizens is under fire.

Recent news reports (main picture) have pointed to the toughness of the test with a WA-based woman who arrived from Thailand seven years ago failing the test five times.

The current version of the citizenship test was devised in 2020 by the Liberal-National coalition government of Scott Morrison.

Below The Bug has reproduced a random sample of just some of the questions included in the test.
