One of News Crap Australia’s leading Righters has made a welcome return to the stand-up – or more correctly, the sit-down – comedy scene.

Columnist with the national broadshit The Australian, Greg Sheridan, took to the stage at the Holt Street Bunker at Surry Hills in inner-Sydney at the weekend to reprise his well-worn routine on events in the Middle East.

Some critics say his act, like Sheridan himself, is old and tired, but there was no denying it sparked some strong responses from his audience.
