Donald Trump has ridiculed a medical report released by Vice-President Kamala Harris to show she is fit and healthy and capable of carrying out the job of US President if elected next month.
Speaking at a Make American Great Again rally in Lowroad, Pennsylvania, Mr Trump said the doctor’s assessment of his opponent was “not worth the paper it’s written on”.
“The US Presidency is more than a job. It’s a sacred trust which demands the highest possible standards, not only of decision-making and behaviour,” he said.
“It also demands that the person doing the job has the highest possible standard of health and I don’t see that in the report released by krazy, kooky, korrupt, Kamala.
“For starters there’s nothing in the report that rates her pussy – whether it’s grabbable or non-grabbable.
“Until she gives out that information the people of America shouldn’t even think of voting for her instead of someone like me in perfect physical and mental health, some say more than perfect,” Mr Trump said before embarking on a rambling, largely incoherent two-hour tirade.

Former Labor Party Senator, Fatima Payman, has confirmed she may face legal action if she persists in using the name Australia’s Voice for her new political party.
Senator Payman has been criticised for choosing a name that allegedly echoes the defeated referendum on an indigenous voice to parliament a year ago.
“That suggestion has absolutely no foundation. The word ‘voice’ is not unique to that referendum nor to the goal of First Nations’ peoples seeking a say in decisions that affect them.
“But it’s not the only criticism of my new party’s name which I am determined not to change,” Senator Payman said while confirming she had received a letter threatening legal action from the financially troubled US-based Tupperware Corporation.
