Moore pain for biased media

The judges of The Bug‘s Xcrements-of-the-Week can’t claim to have closely watched Saturday’s local council elections across New South Wales but they did pick up that Newscorpse outlets such as The Daily Telegraph in Sydney apparently weren’t particularly supportive of Sydney lord mayor Clover Moore’s reelection bid.

And seeing any Xcrement that takes the mickey out of Newscorpse generally will also find favour with those judges, we salute this effort from Rick (above and below).

Bewdifully put, Rick! The fact that Newscorpse’s so-called journalists, almost to a man and a woman, support that pig of a man-child’s attempts to return to the White House beggars belief. They should all be ashamed of themselves as they collectively brown-nose their way up Rupert Murdoch’s arse. Too harsh?

Also commenting on Moore’s apparent reelection, with voting still under way, was Rupert’s Conscience.

Now for a more serious issue that dominated entries that plopped into our smelly Xcrements barrel – the splash in a recent issue of The Australian where Kathryn Campbell tried her best to paint herself as the scapegoat in the illegal and deadly Robodebt scandal.

Here are Sahar Adatia, Ronni Salt and bradpsychology fuming on that pathetic attempt…

Also voiding their literary bowels on the poor victim, highlighting Bill Shorten’s response to that pathetic attempt at “woe is me” by Campbell backed by a supportive Newscorpse, were Chris Free Palestine, Richard Denniss and Metta Bhavana.

And we’ll finish this first look at our Xcrements-of-the-Week with this offering from Mike Carlton, who we suspect has his tongue in his cheek just a little bit as he suggests Campbell “has half a point”.
