Emboldened by his call for a blanket ban on Palestinians in war-torn Gaza seeking refugee status in Australia, Opposition Leader Donald Dutton has committed to a radical makeover of himself and his party in time for the 2025 federal election.

A source within the former federal Liberal Party said Mr Dutton had decided to go “all out” by more fully embracing the far-right, race-based, scaremongering approach of the US Republican Party and its leader Donald Trump.

“Peter, err… I mean Donald, has committed 100% to the Trumpian approach by changing his first name by deed poll and undergoing emergency cosmetic surgery at the weekend,” the source said. (main picture)

“He’s looking pretty good, but still needs to undertake a couple of sessions of orange spray tanning to achieve the result he wants. The alternative is to eat 55kgs of carrots a day for a fortnight but that will take too long.

“Donald has been very pleased with the feedback he has received from within the party, especially from the far-right MPs and rank-and-file members who have thankfully almost totally evicted the lily-livered, borderline woke, small-L moderate liberals that once infested and poisoned the blood of our party that just wants to Make Australia Great Again,” the Liberepublicanal Party source said.

“He’ll soon be launching our full immigration policy – Australia for the White Man – which outlines our plans for a total ban on visas being issued to anyone not of Aryan stock.

“Of course there’ll be carve-outs in emergency cases for essential applicants such as au pairs,” he said.
