Donald Trump has lost no time in exercising the rights he now claims are his under the US Supreme Court’s majority ruling on presidential immunity.
Just hours after the 6/3 decision by the court (below) that US Presidents enjoy immunity from prosecution for official actions taken when in office, Mr Trump shot dead a so-far unnamed undocumented Mexican immigrant on Fifth Avenue in New York City. (main picture)

Speaking to reporters Mr Trump said: “You guys in the fake media – and by ‘guys’ I also mean those of you with grabbable pussies – will remember what I said in the 2016 campaign.
“To remind you, I said I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters.
“I’m just so glad that my people on the Supreme Court have given me the opportunity to prove that’s the case,” Mr Trump said before reporters hurriedly left the scene or scrambled to take cover when he began taking aim at them with his still-smoking handgun.

The New York City Police Department (NYPD) says it is expected to charge Mr Trump with murder for today’s Fifth Avenue shooting.
However, the former President’s legal counsel, Rudy Giuliani, (below) said the NYPD had no legal grounds to bring the charges in the wake of the Supreme Court ruling.

When it was pointed out to Mr Giuliani that the ruling applied only to serving presidents undertaking official acts he was unmoved.
“Well, people still call him President Trump because it’s a title for life, so that’s good enough for me,” Mr Giuliani said.
When contacted in Washington DC, US Supreme Court Justice, John Roberts, confirmed Mr Giuliani’s opinion.
“I’ve actually just had a Zoom meeting with five of my fellow justices and we all agree that Rudy’s correct and the boss is in the clear,” Justice Roberts said.
When asked if he knew the views on the legality of the shooting held by the remaining three justices on his court, Mr Roberts said: “Who?”

Current US President Joe Biden has welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision.
“I’m doing the job of president at the moment, so they tell me, which means I’ve got immunity too,” Mr Biden said.
“No matter what I do, like fucking up the debate the other day as they told me I did, nobody can touch me.
“It’s good news because I need to be re-elected so I can bring our boys home from Korea,” Mr Biden said.
