WASHINGTON, DC: US President Joe Biden has stubbornly declared he’ll persist with his November re-election campaign despite stinging criticism from a highly respected politics observer who suspects the 81-year-old is now so senile he probably can’t “find the door to get out of a room by himself”.

The shocking rebuke from former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney has left White House officials admitting, albeit off the record, that a more reasonable and rational leader of the free world with normal mental faculties would seriously consider his options in the light of such a powerful rebuke and “do the right thing by the Democrats and the United States overall and pull out of the presidential race”.

“Mulvaney’s views always pack a powerful punch,” one Biden administration insider admitted. “He was chief of staff to President Donald Trump, you know.”

Mulvaney told told SkyLNP News host James Morrow this very weekend that he was “not sure Joe Biden can find the door to get out of a room by himself”.

“He’s not always been 120 years old; he has been younger and more capable – that’s no question,” Mr Mulvaney told Morrow.

“He was able to find the door by himself to get out of a room. At this point, we’re not really sure.”
