The Gina Rinehart memes seem to have a life of their own, growing by the day and rolling on mercilessly since the billionaire rich bitch was stupid enough to call for portraits of her in the National Galley of Australia to be taken down.
With that in mind, our Xcrement of the Week judges simply could not go past the excellent, if rather disturbing, meme from the very creative TOM RED (at top and below).
Very, very, funny, TOM RED but why disturbing? Even if Rinehart were in a position to give us something we craved, the idea of licking her backside to achieve that end is very, very, problematic. Well, at least for decent, normal people with some sense of self-pride, that is.
Before we leave Ms Rinehart to continue to rue her stupid demand that has much of Australia laughing at her, proving that money can buy everything, even unintended consequences, here is Pup Fiction’s offering. His work in this field has also been exemplary.
Okay, enough already! Let’s run some of the xcrement that exploded over the head of shadow treasurer Angus Taylor after his National Press Club appearance last week.
We’ll kick off with a couple of offerings from Miss Polly. Her pensioners-on-the-building-site meme was a ripper.
We think he can hear himself speaking, Miss Polly. There has to be some logical explanation why he pulls that forced smiling face out of the blue regularly like that. Makes him look quite deranged.
Sahar Adatia and Peter Murphy also took a bullet for the team and watched Taylor’s performance at the NPC.
As The Bug pointed out to Peter the other day, does the question about whether Taylor is an idiot or a liar or an economic nincompoop need to be framed as either/or propositions?
But let’s give Peter Murphy a second bite at the cherry with this sobering observation…
We’re not sure whether Ivan Hanna .. ‘Suburban Elite’ watched Taylor at the press club but it’s hard to disagree with his basic premise.
Let’s swing across now to the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza and some wise words from Prof Jenny Hocking as to what the decision of the International Criminal Court might mean for the future of Israel and a Palestinian homeland.
And then there was Mike Carlton calling someone’s writing “disgusting”, “not journalism” and “slimy propaganda”.
How many of you BUGgers out there had a pretty good idea who Carlton was referring to?
James Campbell’s disgusting, illogical and far-right-wing piece was the inspiration for The Bug‘s other item uploaded today.

And finally on that matter of Israel’s barbarism in Gaza, Jenny Frecklington-Jones #VotedYes uses repetition to make a very valid point.
