THE COURTS:
Federal Environment Minister, Chris Bowen, (below) is in a prison awaiting execution after being convicted of supporting the Middle Eastern terrorist group Hamas.

Mr Bowen was further convicted in a judge-only trial before Mr Justice James Campbell of the News Court (main picture) of being antisemitic and failing to support without criticism the military tactics of the Israeli Government in Gaza.
Justice Campbell found Mr Bowen guilty of the additional offences even though he had not been formally charged with them.
The text of Justice Campbell’s decision was published yesterday in the News Crap Australia Sydney turdbloid The Sunday Telegraph. (below)

Justice Campbell cited a statement Mr Bowen had made on Saturday in which the minister had outlined the Albanese Government’s position on the recent ruling by the International Court of Justice calling on Israel to halt its military operations in the southern Gaza centre of Rafah.
Mr Bowen had said: “This is a humanitarian disaster and has the scope to be much worse. Rafah has been the closest thing we have to a haven for people escaping within Gaza.
“We have been very consistent that Rafah should not be attacked. We are very consistent that the rulings, the binding rulings of the ICJ should be abided by all parties, including Israel,” Mr Bowen had said. (below)

Referring to the Bowen statement Justice Campbell thundered: “Under the rules of the News Court the minister’s statement clearly translates to ‘We must protect Hamas’.
“This Jew-hating keffiyeh-wearing terrorist lover is undeniably condemned by the words from his own mouth,” he said.
Mr Bowen’s defence counsel objected to the judge’s interpretation of Mr Bowen’s words while adding that the Minister had never worn a keffiyeh, but was ruled out of order and declared to be antisemitic.
Justice Campbell then addressed comments by Opposition foreign affairs spokesman Senator Simon Birmingham whom he said had provided “a pointed contrast” to Mr Bowen’s statements when he said Australia should back Israel’s war aims.
Mr Bowen’s defence counsel raised another objection and claimed Justice Campbell’s use of the words “a pointed contrast” in his judgement when comparing Mr Bowen’s and Senator Birmingham’s comments were evidence of apprehended bias on the judge’s part.
Justice Campbell cut the argument short and directed bailiffs to remove Mr Bowen’s entire legal team from the court.
“We’ve really no need for them and their facts,” he said.
Justice Campbell then proceeded to give his guilty verdicts against Mr Bowen after placing on his head a black cap traditionally worn by judges when administering the death penalty.
The date and place of Mr Bowen’s execution is not yet known, however a News Court insider said it was likely the Minister would be shipped to Gaza and dropped at a random location.
“Once that happens, chances are he’ll be dead within days if not hours thanks to the Israeli Defence Force,” the insider said.
