Rudd’s upper-cut floors Trump

WASHISHTON, DC: Former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has released a 25-minute video defence here that in his own mind at least completely floors former US president Donald Trump over his recent sledge of the now Australian Ambassador for the US.

In a recent exchange on right-wing UK channel GB News taped in Florida, Sky News Australia got one of the world’s finest interviewers, Nigel Farage, to ask Trump to respond to some nasty comments by Rudd long before he became US Ambassador.

“A little bit nasty’ and ‘not the brightest bulb’ were words the presumptive Republican nominee used to describe Rudd once it was explained to him who Rudd was. Trump said Rudd was unlikely to stay in that job for long if he continued to be negative to a re-elected Trump.

In his video regarded by his supporters as stingingly effective, Mr Rudd outlined his defence, in 15 key points, listed alphabetically from A to O, with all of those main points reinforced with up to seven numerical sub-sections displayed with Rudd’s well-known commitment to detailed programmatic specificity. All key and sub-points were brilliantly colour-coded.

Throughout the video, Mr Rudd licked his lips, occasionally patted his blond hair down and delivered his monologue in that no-nonsense highly academic way that saw him sweep to power in 2007.

Rudd displayed all of the leviathan-level IQ that he possesses, along with an unparalleled ability to boil down complex issues that only he can understand to simple sound bites that those below his stature – and that’s everybody else – might possibly be able to grasp, in small part at least, if they took enough time at it.

The Bug understands Trump’s advisers have yet to verbally summarise to the party’s candidate for the November presidential rerun against Joe Biden exactly who Mr Rudd is and what he might have said historically, although a cartoon copyboard is also being considered to help in that endeavour.
