Salute the only thing that’s missing!

You BUGgers out there might be wondering why our Xcreta-of-the-Week judges have selected two posts that could arguably give oxygen to braindead neo-nazis to share top honours this Monday.

Both Peter Murphy and Solo Monk (at top and below) posted the same image showing those neo-nazi morons brandishing a VOICE =ANTI-WHITE banner.

But while that banner might seem shocking at first glance – and it is – is the sentiment being expressed any different from the basic trust of the No campaign pushed by LNP talking heads: that First Nations people are being offered something that other (read white!) Australians are not being offered? It’s exactly why the Yes side has been accused from the get-go of being racist and divisive.

Given how badly our First Nations people lag in many of life’s basic markers, it’s a simple argument being driven by simpletons and it’s simply offensive in its total lack of compassion and logic.

Backing up those two posts was Michael Springer, brilliantly summing up what we’ve just banged on above.

Let us never forget that Peter Dutton could have given support to the Voice as a sensible, modest and decent way of reducing the gap and spending government funds more effectively.

Instead, because he stupidly and very wrongly thinks there’s a vote in it, he has enflamed the cookers, proud boys, neo-fascists, far-right religious nutters and conspiracy theorists – shit, hang on! – we might have just described the modern Liberal and National Parties.

Michael J. Wyllie reported on how the Welome to Country was greeted at the MCG, making a complete fool of a certain complete Melbourne fool…

… while bradpsychology had this message for young people supporting the Voice.

Two famous members of the Fourth Estate, Mike Carlton and Malcolm Farr, didn’t miss Michaelia Cash on two of her nonsense fronts, the offensive notion that voters should remain ignorant and the High Court scare that has been debunked by all constitutional law experts worth listening to.

And with some excellent general comments were Lucy Turnbull AQ, Victoria Fielding and amante2.

Van Badham had some choice words for Tony Abbott, not for his key role in pushing that racist “Abos are getting something us whities aren’t being offered!” rubbish but why he remains a Newscorpse darling. Climate change is crap, right, Tones?

And apologies up front for those still having breakfast but here’s a frightening meme provided by joan kunze. Sorry!

TO BE CONTINUED.
