STAND-UP COMEDY:
While he has spent most of his life writing comedy, Greg Sheridan has proved to be quite the consummate stand-up performer if a gig a few nights ago at Sydney’s Holt Street Bunker is anything to go by. His show is called I Right for a Living and the term stand-up is somewhat of a misnomer given that Sheridan – mimicking the late Barry Humphries’ mind-numbingly tedious character Sandy Stone – just sits alone on stage muttering his comedic gems. The Bug went along to catch his act which produced some pretty strong responses from the audience.
