Although there’s many fine dollops of excrement below on current Australian issues, our Xcreta of the Week judges went overseas for this week’s outstanding effort.
They thank Melissa Dawn (at top and below) for this wonderful meme inspired, we assume, by Mitch O’Connell’s latest brain freeze in Washington and Joe Biden on the world stage continuing to look like he’s only days away from needing a walking frame.

Okay, back to The Voice, with the latest Herald poll suggesting the Yes vote is having its pants pulled down faster than women passengers on a Qatar flight and the world will be waking up on October 15 to the news that, yes, Australia is chockas with really stupid racists.
And once again, some of The Bug‘s favourite Xcretas dumped on the likes of Tony Abbott and Peter Dutton for the mindless tripe they continue to spew out on the issue.
Coalition Tea Lady reminded us all that the Mad Monk is indeed a dickhead, while Rudi Terwilliger explained why Abbott was shit-canned by his own people.

RonnieSalt pondered why Dutton keeps getting so much media for the shit that pours relentlessly from his gob and we gave her a second helping for attacking this nation’s deplorable mainstream mediocre in allowing that to happen.

Stranger had praise for Noel Pearson who scoffed at Dutton’s brainfade notion of a second referendum, while Van Badham called out the racism now being shown to our first Nations people on social mediocre.
Sad, isn’t it? All this would have been avoided if the Liberal Party had backed The Voice instead of seeing some political advantage that The Bug is absolutely sure does not, and will never, exist from defeating this referendum with the LNP’s lie-ridden mixture of smear and fear. Or put another way, if Dutton thinks he’s going to get any advantage whatsoever if this goes down the way he wants, especially in the Teal and independent seats he lost in 2022, well then he’s even more fucking stupid than he looks and sounds.

Dan Fan Girl etc Vote yes exposed just one part of the Liberals’ hypocrisy on this whole Voice argument while MFW connected the Robodebt dots.

On general politics, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese got a mention in Xcreta posted by Terry Sweetman and Rick….

… while Simon Rosenberg saw merit in Niki Savva’s reflections on the political career of Marise Payne.

And last but not least Michael J Wyllie shot down the Coalition over that Qatar business. This road-running hunter is clearly not an LNP fan.
