Our first bite yesterday of The Bug‘s tweets of the past week concentrated on the NSW election last Saturday.
Today, we cover other topics that continued to bubble away over recent times, including our commitment to nuclear subs under the AUKUS pact.
We think the contribution from Gary (at top and below) would have come close to being awarded the blue ribbon in any normal week, not only for the historical reference to the strife AUKUS caused to our relationship with France but also for roping in Bevan “It was a strike” Shields and the laughable SMH editorial Shields wrote pleading with voters to give Dom a chance to shine!

On that subs’ deal, Vince O’Grady tried to sink David Speers’ reputation and Gekko told New Zealand it was not alone on being kept in the dark.

Simon Rosenberg and MFW reflected on all the nazi business going on this past week..

Let’s finish off with some more tweets relating to that recent NSW state poll. Tony Koch had some very, very, unkind words to say about Ben Fordham and his pathetic lack of knowledge about what happens outside voting centres. As sharp as a bowling ball!

JayJay and Peter riffed on two now-former NSW premiers..

Nearly Normal provided a lovely pisstake on the Spud with Dead Eyes…

Herald Sun…. Parody doesn’t miss Peta Credlin and Jeremy McCartin brilliantly summed up the damage right-wing mainstream mediocre unwittingly does to their cause by being so stupidly biased they become totally ineffectual. An animal raised in captivity indeed.
