Time running out to do the Right thing!

A frustrated Simon Benson has expressed his dismay that NSW electors have not yet heeded the key message of the current campaign: the absolute need to have decent, God-fearing Dominic Perrottet returned as Premier at the looming state election in just 16 days.

Benson is The Australian newspaper columnist recently appointed chair of a steering committee created by all the MSM outlets operating in NSW to coordinate their efforts to ensure the return of the LNP.

Benson (at top, recently addressing a meeting of top MSM editors and producers) was the unanimous choice for the position following the recent news detailing his heavy involvement as one of the nation’s most senior, highly respected and independently minded journalists in ensuring the illegal RoboDebt non-debt recovery scheme killed as many innocent Australians as possible.

While Mr Benson praised the efforts to date of the MSM to ensure Dominic Perrottet’s LNP government was re-elected to a well-deserved fourth term – he singled out The Daily Telegraph for special praise – he called on all campaign partners to “lift their efforts to even higher levels of quality, professional, balanced journalism”.

He pointed to today’s odds on the poll outcome being offered by online bookies to emphasise the need to ramp up the “Re-elect Dom” campaign.

A check by The Bug this morning explains his understandable concern: six firms – Ladbrokes, Sportsbet, TAB, Neds, Bet 365 and Pointsbet – have Labor at between $1.16 and $1.25 and the LNP government ranging from $4 to $4.25.

Mr Benson issued an urgent four-point plan to achieve the MSM’s aims of keeping the state in the hands of the only side of politics capable of good strong stable government.

They are:

For concerned voters to urgently provide those MSM platforms with any dirt they have on Opposition Leader Chris Minns, no matter how insignificant they think that information might be. The Herald Sun’s James Campbell stands ready in Melbourne to write scathing Daily Tele splashes highlighting that dirt and how truly awful Minns is.

For Newspoll to keep pumping out poll-pushing results that suggest an even battle looming between the two major parties, a situation that can only be resolved by voters safely taking the “better the devil you know” option in the ballot booth. This is absolutely crucial to provide much-needed balance to the misinformation being spread by real polls.

For the MSM to heap praise on Premier Perrottet for making his brother finally reappear for that parliamentary inquiry, regardless of the fact that it is no longer sitting now that the government is in caretaker mode.

For LNP supporters to vote early and often to keep the state free from Chris Minns’ soy-latte-sipping, inner-city woke warriors hellbent on turning Australia’s premier state into a lapdog satellite of communist China for that all-our war that is now only a few years away.
