New York: A clearly exasperated Manhattan State Court Judge Juan Merchan has issued former US president Donad Trump with his tenth contempt-of-court fine and his 132nd final warning over violating gag orders at Trump’s so-called hush-money trial here.

The infuriated judge clearly is getting closer to being the first jurist in United States history to imprison a former president. Trump is facing charges that he falsified business records to conceal money paid to silence porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016.

Speaking after Trump clearly swore in the court and glared at witness Daniels, Judge Merchan said: “Mr. President, it’s important that you understand that the last thing I want to do is to put you in jail seeing the general consensus if that if I do you’ll probably romp in the November presidential election so I want you and your counsel to listen very carefully as I impose a tenth $1000 fine for contempt and warn you that this is my 242nd final warning.

“I appreciate, Mr President, that you have been the president of the United States and as arguably the most famous person in the world might very well be again come early next year but in this court I reign supreme.”

Staring down the defendant, Judge Merchan added: “ You will not make a mockery of my courtroom and I will treat you no differently from any other defendant that has ever come before me.

“For the very simply reason that I cannot allow that to continue, I’ll shortly be issuing my 325th final warning that unless you start obeying my rules – and indeed the rules of law in this country – I will be left with no other option to issue you with a 429th final warning before this case concludes.”

President Trump did appear to take the judge’s comments seriously although he did continue to blow raspberries in the judge’s direction and lift one of his obese pale-white butt cheeks to give the impression he was farting.

And when Ms Daniels resumed her evidence after the lunch adjournment, Trump continued to make obscene fist-pumping gestures in her direction, twisting his lips into a cruel circle while making further obscene gestures with what looked like a very small tongue for a man of his size, and whispering “phwoar!” repeatedly.

All of these actions provoked the judge into declaring that before the trial concluded, a final 628th warning was most definitely on the cards.
